Olde North State Homes and Realty, LLC is an Unlimited Residential General Contractor that can build in North and South Carolina. We are also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Brokerage firm, which allows us to assist buyers in the purchase of land for their new homes. This allows us to offer a full service solution to building your new home. We understand that building a new home can be overwhelming and stressful, so we do everything we can to make the home building experience easy, exciting and enjoyable.

Ed Sides, owner, is a General Contractor, NC Real Estate Broker, and NC Property and Casualty Insurance Agent. He has been in the housing industry for over 30 years and has a Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University.
Ed oversees operations, construction, and real estate services. |

Shaun Morgan, owner, has over 10 years of experience in business management, sales, and finance. He is also a graduate of North Carolina State University, with a degree in Political Science and Accounting, with an MBA from Penn State University. Shaun oversees sales, marketing, and finance. |

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR), and Charlotte Regional Realtors Association (CRRA). Kim is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in sociology. Kim is Broker-in-Charge of Olde North State Homes and Realty, LLC. |
