Our homes are manufactured by Ritz-Craft Corporation based in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. They have been a leader in the housing industry for over 50 years. They currently have five manufacturing facilities; three in Pennsylvania, one in Michigan, and their newest facility in North Carolina. One of Ritz-Craft's plants produces all their custom cabinets for their homes and is located in Pennsylvania. The plant in North Carolina is located in Hamlet. This is a state of the art facility, consisting of over 200,000 sqft of manufacturing space and 250 employees. The homes built by Olde North State Homes and Realty will be manufactured in the Hamlet, NC plant.

Ritz-Craft is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, The Builder System Council, Modular System Building Association, Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer Association, and the Manufactured Housing Institute. They are respected in the industry as having one of the most superior product lines and have been in a growth drive for the past five years.
